CloudKey collects the minimum data needed to deliver its services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you keep control.
What we collect
When you fill in a contact form, we keep your name, your business email, your organization name (if provided), and the content of your message. The request IP address is kept for abuse prevention.
When you browse the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gathers aggregate statistics without cookies or individual identifiers.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your commercial and technical questions.
- To send product updates only when you have consented.
- To prevent abuse and spam on our forms.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent (form checkbox) and on our legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure from abuse.
Retention
Leads are kept for 12 months at most, unless a contractual relationship is established. Abuse-prevention logs are purged after 30 days.
Hosting and data residency
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure located in the European Union. No transfer outside the EU happens without standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may at any time request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to contact@cloudkey-tech.com.
Sub-processors
CloudKey uses Cloudflare (hosting and CDN) and Resend (transactional email) to deliver its services. Both are bound by data processing agreements equivalent to GDPR.
